Description

This PR holds below changes:

  • Change chapter numbers to X.
  • Change wording from "Intro to Open Source" to "Becoming a Maintainer Course with OpenSauced website".
  • Omit a sentence referring to contributing to open source as this course is meant for maintainers.

Just a note, we might want to as well revisit this section in the future because it feels more about "contributing to OSS" rather than "maintaining projects".
